Yes, you can avail of any of our services regarding customization. You can:
(1) customize the metal, surface, plating, and stones of an existing design by us,
(2) use your own design,
(3) have some of our experts work with you to develop a product and design that will best fit your needs.
For pieces from our original designs, there is no minimum order quantity for those made in gold. If you choose to use sterling silver, a minimum of 10 pieces or 100USD of the same design is required, but you can diversify your order to include various stones and sizes for each of the 10 pieces except ring.
Sample orders have no MOQ requirements.

All designs submitted to us or developed by our team for a particular client are held under strict privacy and confidentiality which is signed on the contract as well as any information about our clients and their companies. We only use our original designs in our displays and catalogue.
Absolutely. You can share your designs through various channels in various formats including a free-hand sketch, CAD files, actual samples, any 2-D images for inspiration, Internet links, and others. You can even verbally describe your idea to us via email or call, and we’ll work on the CAD phase where we can perfect the design together.
After finalizing the order requirements including the design and quantity, it usually takes 3 weeks to complete the production, and expect additional days to be delivered to the receiving port.
